# Accessing the Evaluation Form

Before you start evaluating, let's guide you on how to access and initiate the evaluation form seamlessly. There are two convenient options available for you:

**Option 1: Accessing from the Home Screen**&#x20;

Follow these steps to easily access and start an evaluation:

1. Navigate to the Home screen after logging into your account.
2. Look for the dedicated "Evaluations" section.
3. Locate the desired evaluation by searching for the group name, teacher, or year/period.
4. Click on the evaluation card directly to access the form.
5. Alternatively, under 'Status,' choose a specific phase (e.g., Midterm, Endterm) to be directed to the evaluation page.
6. On the evaluation page, you can initiate the self-assessment.

**Option 2: Accessing from the Groups Section**&#x20;

If you prefer, you can access the evaluation form through the Groups section:

1. Go to the Home screen.
2. Click on "Groups" in the side menu.
3. Find the desired group using the search or filters if necessary.
4. Click on the "Evaluations" tab in the side menu of the group page.
5. Choose a specific evaluation form by selecting the listed evaluation card.
