A. Side Navigation Menu:

Home:

The "Home" section provides you with a personalized overview of your activities and progress within TOPP-N.

• Group Notifications: On the Home screen, you'll find Group notification cards that display important notifications related to your student groups. Stay informed about group activities, upcoming evaluations, report submissions, and other relevant updates to ensure effective group management and timely support.

• Evaluations: Access this section to manage evaluations for your students. You can fill out the evaluation form, review student responses, and provide feedback to support their learning journey.

• Reports: Stay updated with your students' daily progress by accessing the "Daily Reports" section. Review feedback given by supervisors, communicate with students and supervisors, and track their activities.

Groups:

Explore the "Groups" section to manage and interact with your student groups and supervisors.

• Active Groups: Here, you'll find a list of currently active groups you're supervising. By clicking on a group card, you'll have access to various tabs in the side navigation menu, including "Group Information," "Group Details," "Announcement," "Evaluation schema," and "Create Group." Utilize these tabs to oversee group activities, access important group-related information, manage evaluations and reports, track absences, and stay updated with the group's activity log.

• Expired Groups: If you have previously supervised any groups that have now expired, you can find them listed here. Similarly, by clicking on an expired group card, you'll have access to the same tabs for retrospective reference and review.

• Create Group: This section allows you to create new student groups. You can specify group details, assign supervisors, and set up evaluation schemas to facilitate efficient collaboration and learning.

Students:

The "Students" tab allows you to manage your students' profiles and track their progress.

• View and update student information, including profiles, contact details, and academic records.

• Monitor students' performance, view their evaluation and report submissions, and provide feedback to support their growth.

Supervisors:

The "Supervisors" tab enables you to collaborate with the supervisors and manage their roles and responsibilities.

• Communicate with supervisors through messaging, discussing evaluations, and sharing insights.

• Assign and delegate tasks, coordinate evaluations, and ensure effective supervision and support for students.

B. Main Screen:

The Main screen of TOPP-N provides you with a focused workspace where you can effectively utilize the application's features and functionalities.

The Top navigation bar provides quick access to important features and information:

• Search: Use the search box to find any kind of information relevant to your teaching activities. Search for specific evaluations, student profiles, supervisor discussions, or other resources to enhance your teaching and collaboration.

• Notifications: Stay informed about updates, announcements, and notifications relevant to your teaching activities, evaluations, and interactions with students and supervisors.

• Messages: Communicate and collaborate with your students and fellow supervisors through the messaging feature, enabling seamless communication and efficient coordination.

• Account: Access your account settings to personalize your TOPP-N experience, update your profile information, and manage your preferences.
