We must collect information about you to offer our services. The nature of this information depends on which of our services you use. TOPP-N may collect the following data:

• Personal identification information (name, surname, email address, profile picture, profession, phone number (not mandatory), role (student, supervisor, teacher, superuser, and organization admin), and practice place.)

• Voice recordings and text that you upload through the application.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide TOPP-N with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register and use the TOPP-N software

• Share your information with us, either directly or indirectly.

TOPP-N may also receive your data indirectly from FEIDE, which includes the email address registered in FEIDE, first and last name, userID in FEIDE, avatar (profile photo in FEIDE). How will we use your data?

To manage our Customer relations in general and to meet our Customer commitments, MOSO needs information about you in your role as Customer contact person or user of a service. The purposes of processing this personal data are:

• Execute sales and contract process to Customers

• Perform deliveries in accordance with agreements made with you or Customers

• Manage your account and offer support to users of our products and services

• Improve and develop the quality, functionality, and user experience of our products and services. Eg Notify updates and bug fixes on the software

• Detect, mitigate, and prevent security threats and perform maintenance and debugging

• Prevent abuse of our products and services

We may share or disclose your personal information to selected third parties:

• We may outsource parts of the processing of your personal data to a third party.

• We may disclose your personal information to resellers, suppliers, and subcontractors to fulfill our obligations in the contractual relationship with you and for the purposes set out in this privacy statement.
