Unable to modify the score and/or comment

Issue:

I am unable to modify the score and/or comment I provided before signing the report.

Solution:

Once a teacher has evaluated the question, any changes to the score or comment you initially entered are not permissible. You retain the option to revise your decision solely prior to the teacher's evaluation for each respective question.
