Accessing the Evaluation Form

1. Accessing from the Home Screen:

Follow this step-by-step guide to seamlessly access and begin conducting an evaluation:

1. Navigate to the Home screen after logging into your account.

2. Look for the "Evaluations" section.

3. Locate the desired evaluation by searching for the group name, teacher, or year/period.

4. Click on the evaluation card to directly access the form, or

5. Under "Status," choose a specific phase (e.g., Midterm, Endterm) to be directed to the evaluation page, or click on the whole card to access to the last phase for the desired student.

You can seamlessly access and interact with students' evaluation forms, ensuring a streamlined and straightforward process for your student evaluation.

2. Accessing from the My Students:

1. Navigate to the My Students screen after logging into your account.

2. Select a student.

3. Click on the Evaluation in the side menu.

4. Click on the evaluation card to directly access the form, or

5. Under "Status," choose a specific phase (e.g., Midterm, Endterm) to be directed to the evaluation page, or click on the entire card to access the last phase for the desired student.
