Generating Possible Failure in Practice Form

To generate this form, click on the 'Give Warning' button on the left side of the student evaluation form. This can be done at any point in time, from the creation of the midterm evaluation form to the signing of the final evaluation form.

After clicking 'Give Warning,' confirm the selection in the popup.

Then, click on the form name at the top and fill out the required fields. Signing the form will publish it with other parties (students and supervisors). Additionally, the Transfer Interview Form will be automatically generated along with this warning form.
