Form Submission and Locking

After completing all questions, the form becomes ready for submission. By clicking the "Submit" button located next to the "Preview" button, the form will be sent to the teacher for their evaluation. You will still have access to the form, but any decisions or comments made cannot be changed. The form will be locked, and you can proceed only to the Signature step.

After submitting the form, you will retain access to it. However, please note that any decisions or comments you have made cannot be altered. The form will be locked at this stage, allowing you to proceed only to the Signature step.
