Rating for Each Question: Evaluate each question and its explanation, assigning a score from 1 to 9, with 1 indicating insufficiency and 9 reflecting exceptional achievement.
No Basis for Assessment Checkbox: Each question includes a checkbox (No Basis for Assessment) that you can mark if you believe self-rating for that specific question is not applicable. This may be the case if you were not involved in relevant tasks during the practice period.
Identify Others' Assessments: Quickly identify if other parties (students, supervisors, or both) chose not to assess on this question. They can mark the checkbox accordingly.
Comments: The comment field, marked with an asterisk (*), denotes its obligatory status. As a teacher, it's it is not mandatory to provide a comment for each grading. Enter your comment in the designated space and click "Save" to record your input. Feel free to use formatting tools such as bold, italic, and underlined as you compose your comments.
Viewing Other Parties' Comments: You can view comments from other parties below the comment entry field. Click "Show More" to expand the entire comment if it is lengthy.
Since multiple teachers and supervisors can participate in the evaluation process, you can identify the last party to conduct the assessment by checking the "Last evaluated by" section.
