Form Submission and Locking

Once all questions are completed the form becomes ready for submission. By clicking the 'Submit' button, your selections and comments, along with the student's, will be visible for the teacher. At this point, you will still have access to the form, but any decisions or comments made cannot be changed. The form will be locked, and you can proceed to the Signature step when you finish completing the form.

Once both of you submit the form, the teacher will be able to view your comments and selections, enabling them to proceed with their own evaluation for the student. Upon their completion, the form will become eligible for signatures from all parties involved.

Supervisors can start evaluating students without any delay. After submitting, the form becomes eligible for teachers' evaluation. Once both the student and supervisor have submitted their evaluations, the feedback will be visible to each other. It's important to note that after the form is signed, any decisions or comments made cannot be changed. The form will be locked, but it will always be possible to access the form.
