Who can view your evaluation?

1. "Enable visibility of student and supervisor comments and markings" (Checkbox Unselected):

• If the organization admin chooses to unselect this checkbox, it means that students and supervisors are not allowed to decide whether to share their self-evaluations with others.

• Both students and supervisors cannot decide to show their self-evaluations to each other.

• In this case, the student's or supervisor's evaluations will only be displayed by the teacher.

• If the organization admin selects this checkbox, it means that students and supervisors are allowed to decide whether to share their self-evaluations with others.

• When selected, students can choose to share their self-evaluations with only the teacher or both the teacher and supervisor.

• Similarly, supervisors can choose to share their self-evaluations with only the teacher or both the teacher and the student.

• This checkbox gives the decision-making authority to students and supervisors regarding who will see their self-evaluations.

If this feature is enabled in your organization, student and you will need to choose whether your self-evaluations should be visible solely to teacher or to both student and teacher.
