To effortlessly share the evaluation report with group members, follow these steps:
Access the group by clicking on the group card.
Within the group, select "Evaluation Report" from the side menu.
Click the "Publish" button to initiate the report's publication.
Confirm the action to ensure accuracy.
See the status change from 'Not Published' to 'Published,' indicating the report's availability to all group members.
After successfully publishing an evaluation form for a group, please be aware that this action is irreversible. It is a one-time process, and once the form is published, it cannot be undone or changed. Ensure all details are accurate and aligned with your assessment requirements before finalizing the publication, as the 'Publish' button will disappear after the process is completed.
