Registering Assessments to FS

Practical teachers can register results for practical studies to the administrative system Felles Studentsystem (FS).

1. Click on "Groups" in the left side navigation menu.

(If the practice period has already ended, switch from “Active” to “All” to display all groups.)

1. Select the group for which you want to register assessments.

1. Click on "Register Evaluation" in the left menu.

1. Locate the assessment linked to the practice period and click on the course.

1. You will see an overview of your students.

1. Register assessments for an individual student or all students:

• The assessment(s) for the student(s) will be listed. The assessment is automatically fetched from the assessment form once you (the practical teacher) have signed the final assessment form.

To register the assessments, you can either:

• Register for an individual student by clicking the "Register" button.

or

• Register for all ready students by clicking the blue "Register All" button at the bottom.

A window will pop up showing which student(s) you are registering assessments for.

1. Click "Register" button.

You will see that the results have been registered in the student overview.
