Adding evaluation form to a group
Utilizing the TOPP-N platform, teachers can seamlessly attach evaluation forms to specific groups, facilitating a comprehensive evaluation of student performance. This feature is crucial for maintaining organized assessments and providing valuable feedback. The process involves two convenient methods: through the Dashboard Group Notification Card or the Groups Tab in the Side Navigation Menu. Both methods offer simplicity and flexibility in selecting and attaching evaluation forms, ensuring alignment with the group's evaluation requirements. It's essential to note that once a form is added, the action is irreversible, emphasizing the importance of careful selection during the initial setup.
Via Dashboard Group Notification Card:
Easily add an evaluation form by pressing the corresponding group notification card on your dashboard.
Look for the group notification card indicating the need for an evaluation form.
Click on the card.
Go to the 'Evaluation Form' section.
Press the 'Add' button.
A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select the evaluation form from the options provided.
Click 'Save' to confirm and attach the chosen form to the group.
Via Groups Tab in Side Navigation Menu:
Navigate to the 'Groups' tab from the side navigation menu.
Click on the desired group.
Within the group, go to the 'Evaluation Form' section.
Press the 'Add' button.
A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select the evaluation form from the options provided.
Click 'Save' to confirm and attach the chosen form to the group.
After successfully adding a form, please note that the 'Add' button will be deactivated. This is a one-time process, and once a form is selected, it cannot be undone or changed. Ensure you select the appropriate form during the initial setup to align with your evaluation requirements.
